One of our offerings is a holistic and cost effective diagnostic of your current Talent Management effectiveness and risks. Based on our client experiences, we have developed a standardized methodology for assessment, that includes in-depth interviewing of your key stakeholders.

The assessment covers all areas of our Talent Management framework (see our offering), from strategy to talent attraction and retention, and takes approximately three weeks to conduct.

The outcome is an actionable summary of where you stand today, and what you need to prioritize in order to become more successful in your Talent Management. Since it is standardized, it is an ideal way of measuring your improvements through yearly assessments.
