So we will not bring you a Big Bang solution: we believe that Talent Management is best built step by step.
However, since we are consultants, we have developed our own framework. In our framework, we have tried to capture the most essential components for successful Talent Management, as we see it. View it as a smorgasbord of things we can help you with.
